To use, fill the bulb with clean water. Then, twist on the auto-spray douche nozzle, locking it into place. Apply water-based lubricant to the nozzle before inserting into your body. Last, press and hold the power button to turn on, and press again to move through the water-jet functions.
With a silicone nozzle and plastic bulb, the Electro Douche is hygienic for long-term use. To clean: Separate the bulb and nozzle, then wash with soap and water, and let air-dry.
